ADVANCED FLEXIBILITY

Tight muscles? Experiencing pain! Almost 90% of all pain is related to tight muscles, or muscles that are weak or out of balance. Our Advanced Flexibility program will release those tight muscles and re-balance your body.

We encourage all of our members to stretch after their workouts, but for people who need it, we offer our Advanced Flexibility program where we stretch you!

People are blown away after only one 30-minute session!

Our Advanced Flexibility program offers three options:

Upper body (30 minutes): stretches target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats, traps, cervical spine, and neck muscles, increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Lower body (30 minutes): stretches target the ankle muscles (calf and tibia muscles), quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, torsional rotation muscles, hip muscles (including the glute maximus, medius, and minimus), and low back. Full body (60 minutes): A full body stretch combining both the Upper and Lower body stretches, head to toe.

We offer FREE 10-minute sample stretches!
