BOOT CAMP

Boot camp type activities include strength, agility, balance, and speed training, depending on the abilities and interests of the member. We incorporate boot camp type activities into many of our programs to keep workouts fresh.

Boot camps are often a separate program, but all of the elements can be incorporated into different workouts, depending on the goals and abilities of the participant.

Challenges may include:

  • Lifting,
  • Pulling,
  • Working on stability balls
  • Using TRX straps,
  • High intensity aerobic activities (HIT)
  • Agility and footwork drills
  • Balance challenges
