Like his brother, Schuyler, Lindsay B. decided to go into the fitness field after graduating from Lynn University with a degree in Human Services. In Lindsay’s case, he went directly to work for a national health club chain, 24 Hour Fitness as a personal trainer in Dallas, TX.  He was there for 4 years before the family moved to Scottsdale, AZ.

In Scottsdale, instead of continuing his Personal Training career, he went to work for a small company that provided proprietary stretching and fitness programs to professional and amateur golfers. The individual who developed this unique program for golfers was a physical therapist who decided to specialize in helping golfers hit the ball farther by increasing both their strength and range of motion.

When the family moved to Granville, NY and started Gemini Fitness & Wellness, Lindsay trained both Schuyler and Lindsay Sr. in the advanced flexibility program for golfers. This unique program is now used to help release deep muscles as part of the Deep Muscle Relief program for anyone, as well as in the GolfProMaxtm program for golfers.

In 2021, Lindsay B. got married and is now working part-time at Gemini Fitness & Wellness and full-time at a separate job.
