Lindsay Sr. got his MBA and spent 30 years in the corporate world in marketing. After retirement, he decided to get into personal Training like his two sons. He became a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Deep Muscle Relief Specialist, Certified Brain Health Trainer, and Certified Weight Management Coach (expired).

He established Gemini Fitness & Wellness in 2008. In 2012 he transferred ownership of Gemini Fitness & Wellness to his sons, Schuyler and Lindsay B. At this point he is an independent contractor for Gemini Fitness & Wellness, providing Personal Training, Deep Muscle Relief services, and marketing services.
