And without a strong core, your posture will sag, causing all kinds of structural anomalies in your body. This will cause joints to be out of alignment, leading to pain and more changing of proper movement patterns to compensate.

Brain-Body-movement challenges
Many seniors have had heart attacks, strokes, TIAs, and other conditions that compromise the brain’s ability to send the proper movement commands to different parts of the body. The results may be a faltering gait, compromised balance, difficulty moving arms and legs properly, difficulty eating, etc., etc. Lindsay Sr. is a Certified Brain Health Trainer. This means that he is trained in how to stimulate the brain to create new neural pathways that will reactivate effective responses in compromised limbs. He currently works with heart attack, stroke, TIA, and Lyme Tick compromised clients.
Physical challenges
Physical challenges can ruin someone’s life. No longer are they able to either get around as well, function as well, or they are in constant pain. The Gemini Fitness team has over 40 years of combined experience working with virtually every physical challenge in the book. Let us help you today.
Health Challenges
While physical challenges can be debilitating, health challenges can be both debilitating and life-threatening. WAY too many people in this country, and all over the world, have died well before reaching their senior years. Our senior years can be some of the most meaningful in our lives. Our goal is to help as many seniors as possible live well into their senior years and be as healthy and physically fit as possible.
