SENIOR FITNESS
One of the cardinal rules of life is, “Use it or Lose it”. If you are a senior and tend to be sedentary, you are losing your strength, balance, agility, and your health.
YOUTH
We can help our youth get stronger, become more fit, and have more self-confidence. The training can be either sports-specific or just general physical conditioning.
BOOT CAMP
Boot camp type activities include strength, agility, balance, and speed training, depending on the abilities and interests of the member. We incorporate boot camp type activities into many of our programs to keep workouts fresh.
